  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples (peeled)

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with coconut oil.
