Our Paleo Christmas Dinner This Year
Merry Christmas – thought we’d try a goose this year and man was it ever good. They are not kidding when they say that it puts out a ton of fat. But goose fat is great for cooking later so we will save and use every last drop! This was the recipe we used after looking all over for something simple – highly recommended….!
If you’re looking for a simple and easy roast goose recipe, this is it. No frills, just a succulent roast goose, perfect to serve with roasties and all the trimmings. If you do not want to make the red wine gravy, simply freeze the goose neck and giblets to use another time.
